Our agents work where they live and we love our local communities. Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group creates more than 100 “Our Local Love” events each year within its neighborhoods to enrich the lives of those living in them.
Quizbowl Event!
We were honored to partner with the Warsaw Education Foundation for this event. All proceeds were donated directly to the foundation, furthering their vital mission to champion academic excellence and enrich the educational experience for students throughout the Warsaw school district.
Warsaw Community Spooktacular!
Strengthening our local roots, the team at our Warsaw office proudly hosted a booth at the recent community fall event. It was a wonderful opportunity for our agents to step outside the office, connect with neighborhood families, and hand out treats to trick-or-treaters of all ages. Events like these reflect our deep commitment to the communities we serve.
Giving Back - Strengthening Families
Because we believe that strong communities start with strong homes, our team partnered with Inspire Indiana to provide meals for their Strengthening Families program.
Over the course of 10 weeks, this remarkable initiative helps caregivers and children enhance their relationships through improved communication and collaborative problem-solving. The curriculum provides crucial support in stress and conflict management, ultimately empowering families to thrive together.
Table or Treat!
Celebrating community connections, our South Bend team proudly participated in Mishawaka's annual Table or Treat event. Dressed as Minions, our agents enjoyed an afternoon of fun, handing out treats, meeting local families, and joining in the festive atmosphere. With beautiful weather and an incredible turnout, the event was a wonderful reminder of the strong relationships we continue to build within the communities we serve.
